The Calabazas Library has been a long-standing institution in the West San Jose community. Although the bond measure approved in the year 2000 pays for the construction of the new library, it does not pay for inside the library. It is up to outside fundraising from community organizations to help make the library complete.
The local library is a crucial part of its community. When we as a community create a library, we do ourselves all a favor by setting a precedent that we can create something that we can all be proud of.
When individuals in the community each contribute, the result is much greater than one could imagine.
GROW is a proud partner of the San Jose Public Library Foundation.
For all of you students who are out of school and want to play some video games, come play Super Smash Bros Brawl at the West Valley Library, Saturday, June 26, at 11:00 AM. There is a recommended donation of $5 and food will be sold at the Party.

First of all, GROW would like to thank everyone who came to the concert and everyone who helped make it possible. We would especially like to thank our fantastic artists who made the concert possible and did a magnificent job. Thanks to everyone's support, we were able to fundraise 2530 Dollars for the new Calabazas Library to pay for materials and books. We had more than 400 people come and support us at this concert.
